Overall the course is clear and informative from a new buyers perspective or newbie to this info! As someone who fits into both categories, I especially enjoyed the quick, but straightforward, how-to exercises on checking eligibility! It is powerful knowing how to truly understand then apply their formula, to get the desired result based only on what they're asking for.... gamechanger and worth the price of admission! Excellent resource! Excellent tool!

I thoroughly enjoyed this online course on the USDA Loans for homebuyers. It was easy to follow, concise, interactive, and informative. The information was straight to the point and discussed all of the elements that the USDA will be looking for to approve a potential buyer such as income eligibility, credit eligibility, and property eligibility. I am so grateful that Mrs. Sly and her team are sharing this information with the community because I was not aware of the exact details of this program; yes, I had heard of it before, but I had no evidence to support what I heard. I am so excited to start this process.
